I am a very independent person, and initially, I wasn't going to use an agent at all. When I reconsidered, my girlfriend referred me to Shayla Ackerman's office, who then referred me to Chantell Weisbrod. Chantell was fantastic, it is as simple as that. Chantell was accessible at times and days that were well outside of typical business hours, and she worked tirelessly at all times. I could not have asked for better assistance.

Chantell is patient, knowledgeable and fearless. I took her through countless places all over the province before I found the right one. She never pressured me, gave great advice and pointed out things I might have missed otherwise. Fantastic realtor, very fast response times; I have zero complaints. As a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions and she answered every single one. I would definitely recommend her!

Not only have I never met, I have never even heard of, or imagined, as realtor as good as Chantell. She puts a start in every box: market knowledge; home infrastructure saviness; listening skills (with understanding!!!); diligence and hard work; just so wonderfully pleasant all the time; persistent and creative in overcoming hurdles along the way.
